WARNER ROBINS, Ga. – The Robins Spark Cell hosted its Inaugural Pitch Day Sept. 20 at the Advanced Technology and Training Center in Warner Robins, alongside Air Force Sustainment Center Contracting located at Robins Air Force Base.
