A Civil Air Patrol Cessna 182 Skylane prepares for an orientation flight while on the flightline during a “Fly-Day” at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, September 22, 2019. The Fly-Day included 26 cadet orientation flights as well as helping cadets learn more about aviation through familiarizing them with Ground, Tower, and Radar Air Traffic Control functions and facilities, Aircraft Marshaling, the A-10 Thunderbolt II, and the TF-34 engine sections and functions.
