190920-N-WS494-1221 PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept.20, 2019) Capt. Steven DeMoss, commander, Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, center, notifies Rear Adm. Karl Thomas, commander, Task Force 70, that he properly relieved Capt. Jon Duffy, off-going commander, DESRON 15, during the DESRON 15 change of command ceremony aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).
