NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (Aug. 19, 2019) – Mekong River Commission delegates and Mississippi River Commission members conducted an informational exchange where Mekong delegates toured the bank of generators at the Permanent Canal Closures and Pumps (PCCP) 17th Avenue.
