A U.S. Coast Guard rigid inflatable boat (RIB) with hull number 29441 is underway on calm waters surrounded by mountainous terrain. Two personnel in orange survival suits are visible — one operating the vessel from the enclosed helm station and one standing at the bow manning a mounted weapon. An American flag and what appears to be a Coast Guard ensign are displayed on the vessel.
