MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Petty Officer 3rd Class Todd Angell, a native of Bethel, Conn. and corpsman with 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, addresses the formation in front of him after having just been awarded the Silver Star medal, April 27.
