U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Martin Casarez, a physical therapist assigned to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), examines a Grenadian man's legs at a temporary medical treatment site in St. George's, Grenada, Sept. 18, 2019.
