Repairs to the Cleveland Harbor West Breakwater eastern extension are slated to begin in the fall of 2019.
The repairs will include construction of steel sheet pile walls and repairs to the concrete cap. This construction effort will help protect a piece of infrastructure vital to commercial navigation and commerce within the greater Cleveland area.
