Lt. Gen. Ronald J. Place, the new Director of the Defense Health Agency, center, and Brig. Gen. Ron Stephens, Regional Health Command Europe commanding general, listen in during a panel discussion with combatant command surgeons general. Place was the Keynote Speaker at the TRICARE Eurasia Africa Commanders and Stakeholders Meeting Sept 9-13 in Sembach, Germany. During his visit, he also met with senior military leaders and Surgeons General from Unified Combatant Commands, and toured the Stuttgart Army Health Clinic.
