It's a family affair at the promotion ceremony for Capt. James Hagen, a Huntington Beach, Calif. native and 1992 graduate of Marina High School. Hagen, assigned to Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) as office in charge of Branch Health Clinic Bangor, was promoted to the rank of Navy captain Sept. 3, 2019.
