Royal Fleet Auxiliary replenishment oiler Fort Victoria (A387) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78). Fort Victoria is the flag ship of Combined Task Force 151, a multinational mission-based task force, working under the Combined Maritime Forces to conduct counterpiracy operation in the Red Sea, Gulf of Oman, Somali Basin and Arabian Sea.
