(September 13, 2019) Chief Navy Counselor James Pullom places a chief petty officer combination cover on Chief Hospital Corpsman Dianne Thorpe, assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Pittsburgh, during a chief pinning ceremony at the Hartman Center in Milroy, Pa., Sept. 13. The CPO pinning ceremony was the culmination of an intense six-week training period where senior leaders introduced the CPO selectees to a set of challenges that were designed to strengthen their leadership and mentoring abilities. NTAG Pittsburgh, part of Navy Recruiting Command, recruits the next generation of Navy Sailors throughout areas in Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, and Maryland.
