Reserve Citizen Airmen from the 307th Security Force Squadron guard a B-52 Stratofortress at RAF Fairford, England, Sept. 6, 2019. The jet was on display as part of the 75th anniversary celebration for the base. RAF Fairford has long served as a base for U.S. bombers serving in combat and training capacities. It is currently serving as the base of operations for the 307th Bomb Wing as it supports Exercise Ample Strike 19, a Czech Republic-led exercise designed to improve interoperability between Joint Terminal Air Controllers and B-52 air crew.
