A New Jersey Army National Guard Soldier discusses a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) scenario with members of the Qatari Emiri Land Forces (QELF) during a subject matter expert exchange held Sept. 8 -12, 2019, at the Qatar Emiri Land Force Artillery School in Al Rayyan Municipality, Qatar. The weeklong event, a part of the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program, provided an opportunity to share knowledge and best practices on TCCC with the QELF to better enhance their performance and understanding of basic lifesaving techniques.
