Col. Perry Carper, director of Army operations (G3), Ohio Army National Guard, presents the keynote address during the evening banquet at the combined reunion of the 148th Infantry Regiment Veterans Association and 37th Division Veterans Association Aug. 24, 2019, at Camp Perry Joint Training Center, near Port Clinton, Ohio. In recent years, the two veterans groups have conducted a joint annual reunion every summer at Camp Perry.
