Members of the 111th Attack Wing’s Security Forces Squadron performed a solemn flag-folding ceremony commemorating 9/11 here at the Horsham Air Guard Station, Horsham, Pa. on Sep. 9, 2019.
A three-man team reverently lowered the base flag at 8:46, approximating the time when the first aircraft struck the Twin Towers in New York City 18 years ago.
The folded base flag will be given to a local chapter of the Blue Star Mothers here who have been supporting the base populace military members for years. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Christopher Botzum)
