Todd Thomas, center, a radio operator with B Battery, 2nd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, leaves the Intesar Girl's School along with several Iraqi army counterparts after checking on the progress of renovations being done on the school Sept. 9. The school is one of six being renovated by Thomas' platoon in the Graya'at neighborhood of Baghdad's Adhamiyah District.
