U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Matthew Eissler reads U.S. Army Sgt. Tony Luiken a self-perception card during KFOR 26 Regional Command – East’s Equal Opportunity Leader Course from August 29 - September 3, 2019 on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. On the first day of class, all of the students wrote down how they see themselves, including their characteristics and values. On the last day of class, a different Soldier read those cards and spoke on what they had learned about that Soldier during the six days of class.
