131st Bomb Wing Guardsmen took part in the Air Force-wide Resilience Tactical Pause in response to a rise in suicides across the force, during drill weekend Sept. 7-8, 2019 at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, Missouri. Following a heartfelt message by the wing commander, Col. Ken Eaves, the 131st divided nearly 1,000 Airmen into more than 60 small groups made up of members from various squadrons across the wing. Airmen then opened up regarding belongingness, barriers to getting help, ways to break down those barriers, and working with their leadership to impact a positive culture in the wing.
