A firefighter with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) boards a U.S. Army CH-47 Chinook helicopter from the California Army National Guard's B Company, 1st Battalion, 126th Aviation Regiment, Sept. 9, 2019, in Red Bluff, California, on his way to working the Red Bank Fire in Tehama County.
