Step trucks sit parked at the forward and aft sections of an Air Transport International Boeing 757-200 Sept. 8, 2019, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The aircraft, part of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet program, can accommodate up to 10 cargo pallets and has 42 passenger seats.
