MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Sept. 8, 2019) — Logistics Specialist Seaman Jemya Gumbs, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78), simulates an injury during a general quarters training scenario in the Mediterranean Sea Sept. 8, 2019. Porter, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its seventh patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
