CHESTERFIELD, Mo. (Sept. 6, 2019) The senior-most female entomologist in the Navy, newly promoted Capt. Elizabeth Dykstra, assigned to U.S. Transportation Command, has shoulder boards placed on her uniform in front of an aircraft named after an insect, an F/A-18 Hornet, used by the U.S. Navy flight demonstration squadron, the Blue Angels, during St. Louis Navy Week, Sept. 6, 2019. The Navy Week program serves as the Navy's principle outreach effort in areas of the country without a significant Navy presence.
