Col. R. Allen Barksdale, the 28th Operations Group commander, converses with foreign defense attachés visiting Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Sept. 4, 2019, to learn more about the mission of the 28th Bomb Wing and the 89th Attack Squadron. Coming from all over the world, 45 defense attachés toured statics of munitions; a B-1B Lancer, assigned to the 37th Bomb Squadron; and a UH-72 Lakota, which was provided by the South Dakota National Guard.
