NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Aug. 13, 2019) – Senior enlisted Sailors attending the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) conference at the Virginia Advanced Shipbuilding Carrier Integration Center in Newport News, Virginia familiarize themselves with a system allowing them to take apart a virtual rack of hardware to expand and identify hardware components. RRL is one of the Navy's Sailor 2025 key initiatives with a focus on providing Sailors the right training at the right time throughout their career.
