190903-N-UP025-030 ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Sep. 3, 2019) Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Alexander Rios, attached to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit One, (EODGRU1), conducts land navigation onboard Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson during Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise 2019. Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training and Evaluation Unit One conducted the expeditionary combat skills training for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group One Sailors and Marines in order to prepare them for operating in austere environments supporting EOD forces in eliminating explosive threats.
