Two military personnel in full combat gear are crouched in a tactical position on a paved surface. One soldier is handling what appears to be a cord or wire near a concrete bollard, while the other maintains a security posture with a rifle. The soldiers are wearing different camouflage patterns, suggesting a joint or multinational training exercise.
