190829-N-YM543-183 YOKOSUKA, Japan (August 29, 2019) - Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Brandon Harris, from Big Bear Lake, Calif., attached to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), fights off a simulated attacker after being sprayed with oleoresin capsicum during anti-terrorism force protection training. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
