U.S. Army Pfc. Marthin Ramos and Spc. Noble Justus, both Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery augmentees, wet screen as part of a recovery mission conducted in Xam Neua, Houaphanh Province, Laos, July 24, 2019. During the recovery mission, DPAA personnel and augmentees spent their days digging and screening in hopes of finding missing U.S. service members lost during the Vietnam War.
