    Gen. Carter F. Ham and Maj. Gen. Salvatore F. Cambria read Maj. Gen. Cambria's certificate of retirement during a ceremony at the Kelley Barracks Gym in Stuttgart, Germany for his retirement held April 27, 2012. Maj. Gen.
