Spc. Rodney Frazier, a native of Fayetteville, N.C., section chief for the distribution platoon after she successfully hooks up a hose to a CH-47F Chinook helicopter in order to cold-fuel the aircraft April 15. Task Force Spearhead has pumped more than three million gallon of fuel pumped while on deployment in western Afghanistan.
