    76th Operational Response Command

    An Army Reserve Soldier assigned to the 308th Chemical Company, 450th Chemical Battalion, 209th Regional Support Group, 76th Operational Response Command sprays water on a "contaminated" Blackhawk helicopter during a decontamination operation at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin August 20.
