NAVAL SUPPORT FACILITY DEVESELU, Romania (June 4, 2019) -
Adelin Petrișor reports from Naval Support Facility Devesulu about the integration of the Terminal High Altitude Air Defense System (THAAD) in Romania, June 4, 2019. He is a special correspondent for Romanian public television and has reported from Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Israel, Algeria, Albania, Egypt, Libya and other war zones. The THAAD system arrived to Romania in early May and is temporarily deployed here in support of NATO ballistic missile defense plans during a scheduled software and maintenance upgrades of Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System.
