    SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 21, 2019) An operator assigned to the Special Operations Engineer Regiment, Special Operations Command Australia, demonstrates how a titan disrupter is assembled to Marines assigned to III Marine Expeditionary Force, Explosive Ordnance Disposal 1st Platoon and Royal New Zealand Navy sailors during an X-Ray subject matter expert knowledge exchange during Exercise HYDRACRAB. HYDRACRAB is quadrilateral exercise conducted by forces from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and U.S. naval forces. The purpose of this exercise is to prepare the participating Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) forces to operate as an integrated, capable, and potent allied force ready to respond to a changing and complex maritime environment in the Indo-Pacific region.
