U.S. Army Soldiers, assigned to 21st Theater Sustainment Command and Regional Health Command Europe, perform the sprint-drag-carry event of the Army Combat Fitness Test during the 21st TSC’s Best Medic Competition at Baumholder, Germany, Aug. 21, 2019. Throughout the competition, Soldiers must endure a multitude of events such as land navigation, army combat fitness test, medical evacuations, obstacle course, stress shoot, and mystery events.
