    U.S., Australian, Timor-Leste, and Japanese service members attend the opening ceremony for Exercise Hari’i Hamutuk 2019 at Metinaro Military Base, Dili, Timor-Leste, Aug. 21, 2019. Hari'i Hamutuk is a multilateral exercise hosted by the Timor-Leste Defence Force (F-FDTL), and includes participants from the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy, Australian Defence Force, and Japan Self-Defense Force.
