Jennifer Moore (second from left), Air Force Program Branch Chief, Programs and Project Management Division US Army Corps of Engineers Far East District, was selected as the 2019 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Program Manager of the Year. Ms. Moore has skillfully used her communication skills, passion, positive attitude, and attention to details to develop and successfully lead internal and external project delivery teams through various stages of the project life cycle producing outstanding results and outcomes. With a clear understanding and appreciation for beginnings on the right foot, she ensured that stakeholder requirements were accurately captured during the scoping process through design and construction. She has gained the trust and respect from her stakeholders as cited in the USACE external stakeholder survey.
