    Members of the Rwanda Defence Force cut stakes at the Rwanda Military Academy, Gako, Rwanda during Exercise Shared Accord 2019 on August 18, 2019. During the exercise, the engineering company and members of the Rwandan Defence Force are working together to clear and prepare an area for a future displaced persons training site. Shared Accord 2019, which runs Aug. 14- 28, is focused on bringing together U.S. and Rwandan forces, African partner militaries, allies and international organizations to increase readiness, interoperability,
