James "Borg" Borghardt, left, commanding officer, Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG) and Dr. Patricia Gruber, technical director, ONRG, while joined by Álvaro Luís de Souza Alves Pinto, the technical superintendent of the Centro Tecnológico da Marinha no Rio de Janeiro (CTMRJ) —a military research and development center of the Brazilian Navy.
