A group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms are working together to set up or take down a large tan/beige military field tent on an open grassy area. The tent appears to be partially collapsed or in the process of being erected, with its fabric draped loosely over a frame structure. Several pieces of equipment and fabric materials are visible on the ground nearby.

Combat medic specialists assigned to the 108th Area Support Medical Company, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, set up a Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter to be used as their Role 1 medical treatment facility (MTF) at the Sustainment Training Center (STC) at Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center in Johnston, Iowa Aug. 12, 2019. The 108th ASMC participated in a two-week training event in which they rehearsed reacting to trauma patients on the battlefield in their Role 1 MTF and transporting them to their Role 2 MTF.
