Combat medic specialists assigned to the 108th Area Support Medical Company, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, set up a Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter to be used as their Role 1 medical treatment facility (MTF) at the Sustainment Training Center (STC) at Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center in Johnston, Iowa Aug. 12, 2019. The 108th ASMC participated in a two-week training event in which they rehearsed reacting to trauma patients on the battlefield in their Role 1 MTF and transporting them to their Role 2 MTF.
