Incoming KFOR 26 command team, Col. Robert Hughes and Command Sgt. Maj. Scott Mechkowski, with the 44th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, New Jersey National Guard, uncase the 44th IBCT colors during the transfer of authority ceremony held at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, July 19, 2019.
