Army Reserve Soldiers from various battalions within the 209th Regional Support Group, 76th Operational Response Command present arms during a change of command ceremony at the unit headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, August 10. During the ceremony Army Reserve Col. Paul V. Miller took command of the nearly 2400 personnel unit from Army Reserve Col. Christina Garamond, who has commanded for the past two years.
