Col. John Pogorek, 157th Air Refueling Wing commander, greets Matthew Donovan, the acting secretary of the Air Force, on the flight line at Pease Air National Guard Base, Aug. 8, 2019. Donovan attended a welcoming event to commemorate the arrival of the new KC-46A air refueling tanker. Pease was the first National Guard base to receive the new aircraft, which replaced the divested KC-135 Stratotanker.
