A U.S. Marine with Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 3d Marine Regiment, goes over clearing procedures of the M4 service rifle with Indonesian Marines (KOMAR) before range operations at K-Bay Range Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Aug 8, 2019. This training is part of a military exchange program designed to strengthen the partnership between the two militaries.
