Eight security assistance liaison officers from the Security Assistance Command-New Cumberland visited the Volvo Construction Equipment Customer Center in Shippensburg, Pa., July 25. The SALOs saw firsthand the improvements being made to Volvo construction equipment that many of the SALOs’ home countries use around the world. Touring the Volvo facility helped the SALOs to gain a better understanding of how each piece of equipment was made. After the tour, the group had the opportunity to test drive any piece of equipment at the facility.
