Rod Jacobo, commanding officer of the Harpers Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), looks for surface contacts alongside Chief Master-At-Arms Michael Thom during a live-fire exercise while participating in a Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) with other U.S. Navy warships. Warships assigned to the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group are participating in the exercise in the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Virginia, to maintain readiness, proficiency and lethality.
