Jacob Plumb and Utilitiesman 1st Class Travis Kearns, Seabees with Construction Diving Detachment Bravo (CDDB) from Underwater Construction Team 2, conduct a visual inspection on the underwater portion of HDAS cables. CDDB is on the first stop of their six month deployment where they are providing construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance of coastal and ocean facilities in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet.
