Teagan Mercer, petroleum laboratory specialist assigned to the 786th Quartermaster Company, prepares jet fuel for analysis at the U.S. Army Petroleum Laboratory in New Cumberland, Penn., Aug. 1, 2019. Mercer, and two other Soldiers, had the chance to train with Army chemists learning the purpose behind what the Army has taught them to do in their military occupational skill.
