Robert Chartier, chief of operations, maintenance and environmental divisions, dumps trash into the newly-installed environmentally friendly incinerators at the Solid Waste Management Complex grand opening April 22. Eventually after adding more incinerators the facility will be able to process about 138 tons of trash daily.
