    Exercise Balikatan       

    Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. soldiers take a break before observer controllers conduct a verbal after-action analysis to receive feedback from both observers and participants, April 18. Exercise Balikatan 2012 is an annual bilateral event, which benefits both militaries in continuing to build upon their high level of cooperation and conduct bilateral operations.
